Our promise is simple: if you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning, we will fix it at no additional cost.

1. Scope of the Guarantee: Our Promise
The guarantee covers any omission or deficiency in the quality of service directly related to the tasks included in the selected plan (for example, if a bathroom was not cleaned or if the floor in a specific area does not meet the cleaning standard).

2. Claim Period (Time Window)
To validate the guarantee, the client must notify us of any service deficiency within 24 hours after the cleaning is completed.

Notification Method: The claim must be submitted in writing (email, web form, WhatsApp, or text message) and must include:

  • Name and service date.
  • A clear and concise description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the affected area (required).

3. Applied Solution
Once the claim is received and approved within the specified period, the company will offer the following solution at no cost to the client:

  • Correction Visit: We will send a team back to the property to clean and correct only the deficient areas specified in the report. A full cleaning of the property will not be performed.
  • Partial Refund (Optional): If a correction visit is not possible or the issue is minor, the company may choose to apply a credit or partial refund of the service amount, to be determined by management.

4. Guarantee Exclusions (What is NOT covered)
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Out of Timeframe: Claims received after the 24-hour period.
  • Uncontracted Services: Tasks not included in the Cleaning Plan (e.g., interior cleaning of ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, wall washing, basement cleaning).
  • Deep Cleaning (Build-up): Deficiencies caused by heavy dirt or severe accumulation that required deep cleaning or post-construction service, if a standard service was booked.
  • Third-Party Intervention: If the cleaning is altered or completed by the client or third parties before our team returns for correction.
  • Force Majeure: Damage or dirt caused by events beyond our control (leaks, water damage, power or water outages).

5. Property Damage Guarantee (Liability Coverage)
This is separate from the satisfaction guarantee but is essential for client protection:

  • Damage Coverage: BK Home Cleaning & Maintenance LLC holds a General Liability Insurance Policy to cover any accidental damage to the client’s property or belongings that is verifiably caused by our staff during service delivery.
  • Claim Process: The client must report the damage before the team leaves the property or, at the latest, within 24 hours.
  • Resolution: The company commits to repair, replace, or compensate for the damaged item or property in accordance with the terms of our insurance policy.

6. Price Maintenance and Rescheduling Policy for Recurring Services
This policy ensures we maintain the quality of your service and compensate for the additional time required when a cleaning is postponed, as dirt and dust accumulation increase the workload.

  • General Conditions
    • Recurring Services: This policy applies exclusively to clients with Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly cleaning contracts.
    • Cancellation Notice: To avoid charges, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Base Price Maintenance
    • The original price of your plan (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly) remains valid only if the rescheduled service falls within the grace periods below.
    • If rescheduling exceeds the grace period, a rate adjustment will apply.

7. Contact Forms
When you contact us through our website (for example, via contact or quote request forms), we collect only the information necessary to assist you: name, email, phone number, and details about the requested service. This information is used exclusively to coordinate services and follow up on your inquiry.

8. Media Files
If you share images or videos of your property to receive a more accurate estimate, we recommend avoiding sensitive or personal information you do not wish to disclose. All materials received are used solely for service evaluation and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Cookies
Our website may display links or content from third parties (for example, demonstration videos or links to our social media). Please note that these sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they manage your data.

10. Data Retention
Personal information provided will only be retained for as long as necessary to deliver the requested service, maintain the business relationship, or comply with legal obligations.

11. Your Rights
You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data at any time (except when we are legally required to retain it).
