If you’re on a recurring plan (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and something comes up, you can skip or reschedule a booking. We’ll simply coordinate a new date and time that works best for you, keeping the same cleaning team whenever possible so you always get consistency and quality.
For move in / move out cleanings or one-time deep cleans, rescheduling is also possible—we just recommend letting us know with as much notice as you can so we can secure the new slot for you.
The time it takes depends on three main factors:
- Size of the home (sqft)
- Type of cleaning (Deep Clean, Move In/Out, or Regular Maintenance)
- Condition of the property (first-time vs. recurring)
Here’s a general guideline based on our experience:
- Small homes (under 1,200 sqft): 2–3 hours
- Medium homes (1,500–2,500 sqft): 3–5 hours
- Large homes (2,600–4,000+ sqft): 5–7+ hours
🔹 For deep cleaning or move-in/move-out, expect the higher end of those ranges because we cover every detail.
🔹 For recurring cleanings, the time is usually less since maintenance keeps the house in good shape.
🔹 Our crews typically come in teams of 2–4 people, which helps complete the job efficiently while ensuring attention to detail.
