Bedrooms, Living Room & Common Areas

To avoid charges, all cancellations or reschedulings must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
The original price of your plan (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly) is maintained only if the rescheduled service falls within the grace periods listed below. If the rescheduling exceeds the grace period, a rate adjustment will be applied.
The time it takes depends on three main factors. We work with a team of 3 to 4 people. Our services typically take around 2 hours, depending on the size of the house.
- Size of the home (sqft)
- Type of cleaning (Deep Clean, Move In/Out, or Regular Maintenance)
- Condition of the property (first-time vs. recurring)
Here’s a general guideline based on our experience:
🔹 For deep cleaning or move-in/move-out, expect the higher end of those ranges because we cover every detail.
🔹 For recurring cleanings, the time is usually less since maintenance keeps the house in good shape.
🔹 Our crews typically come in teams of 2–4 people, which helps complete the job efficiently while ensuring attention to detail.
